Professional, trained meeting ambassadors dressed in “Ask Me” vests are stationed throughout the convention center to greet, guide, and assist attendees. Sponsored by Incyte Dermatology.
Throughout the meeting, concierge ambassadors dressed in blue can be found in high-traffic areas, including shuttle drop-offs, main lobbies, registration, Exhibit Hall entrances, and busy corridors outside session rooms. They are equipped with iPads and the meeting app to provide directions or answer any questions.
