Make it fun for everyone!

The AAD offers an on-site childcare program for attendees traveling with family.

We are pleased to once again offer childcare throughout the 2026 AAD Annual Meeting in Denver. Families can utilize the on-site service provided by KiddieCorp while attending sessions, exhibits, and events.

Subsidized rates are available to meeting registrants. The fee for this service is $20 per hour, per child, which includes meals, snacks, and age-appropriate activities.

Out of convenience, childcare will be located at the Colorado Convention Center and will operate the following hours:

Thursday, March 26 | 9 a.m.-7 p.m.
Friday, March 27 | 6:30 a.m.-7:30 p.m.
Saturday, March 28 | 6:30 a.m.-6:30 p.m.
Sunday, March 29 | 7 a.m.-6:30 p.m.
Monday, March 30 | 6:30 a.m.-6:30 p.m.
Tuesday, March 31 | 6:30 a.m.-1 p.m.

Children ages six months to 12 years can engage in their own learning while in a fun and safe environment. Trusted partner KiddieCorp provides qualified supervisors and staff, who maintain the recommended staff to children ratios:

  • 1:2 for children six to 11 months old
  • 1:3 for children one to two years old
  • 1:5 for children three to five years old
  • 1:7 for children six to 12 years old

Advance registration is requested to ensure appropriate staffing and resources. View additional details and sign up here.
