Register in advance for AAD’s Skin Cancer, Take a Hike!TM
What better place to take a walk than in Denver? The 12th annual Skin Cancer, Take a Hike!TM will take place Saturday, March 28, at 6 a.m. MDT. Participants will meet in Centennial Ballroom Foyer of the Hyatt Regency Denver at Colorado Convention Center for complimentary breakfast snacks and coffee. Following a group photo, they’ll kick off the 2026 campaign with a two-mile walk.
The AAD encourages early registration to form a team of hikers and raise money for this impactful endeavor. Invite family, friends, and colleagues to walk with you or support your fundraising efforts. The more money raised, the better the prizes and giveaways!
Every dollar raised helps fund critical skin cancer prevention efforts, such as:
- Providing free skin cancer checks
- Educating the public on the importance of early detection and prevention
- Building shade structures for children at schools and parks
