Let the AAD help you balance work and life with conference childcare options.
Working parents unite! Once again, the AAD is pleased to offer childcare throughout the 2025 AAD Innovation Academy. Families can utilize the on-site service while attending education sessions, events, and exhibits.
Childcare is located at the Hyatt Regency Chicago and will operate the following hours:
- Thursday, July 10, 11 a.m.–8:30 p.m.
- Friday, July 11, 8 a.m.–8 p.m.
- Saturday, July 12, 8 a.m.–6:30 p.m.
- Sunday, July 13, 8 a.m.–1 p.m.
The Academy has subsidized the cost of the service to help attendees — and their little ones — make the most of the meeting. The fee is $15 per hour per child and includes meals, snacks, and age-appropriate activities. Advance registration is requested to ensure adequate staffing and resources.
Children ages six months to 12 years can engage in their own learning while in a fun and safe environment. Trusted partner KiddieCorp provides trained supervisors and staff, who maintain the recommended staff to children ratios:
- 1:2 for children six to 11 months old
- 1:3 for children one to two years old
- 1:5 for children three to five years old
- 1:7 for children six to 12 years old
