Professional, trained meeting ambassadors dressed in blue “Ask Me” vests will be stationed throughout the convention center to greet, guide, and assist attendees. Equipped with iPads and the Annual Meeting App, the ambassadors can be found in high-traffic areas, including shuttle drop-offs, main lobbies, registration, Exhibit Hall entrances, and busy corridors outside session rooms, answering questions and providing directions.
