With more than 275 educational sessions, 10,000-plus medical professionals, and 350-plus exhibiting companies, the 2025 AAD Annual Meeting is the perfect opportunity to learn and connect.

Rates

Early-bird registration will end Jan. 29, 2025, at noon (CST). At this time, standard registration fees apply and will continue until the end of the meeting.

Housing

The deadline to book housing through the AAD is Wednesday, Feb. 12, 2025.

Session changes or additions

Beginning Jan. 29, 2025, at noon (CT), session tickets become non-refundable, except in the event of a full meeting cancellation. New session tickets can still be added if available but will not be mailed and will need to be picked up at the meeting.

Session tickets cannot be exchanged and are non-transferable.

Courses (C) and Workshops (W) require a fee and ticket for admittance. All other session types are first come, first served based on category eligibility. All session ticket policies apply.
