If you noticed a lot of people in Miami Beach,  it was probably all the dermatologists. On March 6, attendance at the AAD  Annual Meeting in Miami Beach shot above 19,000, shattering the record set at  last year's Annual Meeting (18,815 in San Francisco), and confirming early  predictions that this would be the Academy's biggest meeting ever.
